Mental Health Support

Mental health support, at home, on your terms

Compassionate, non-clinical support in Cambridge that helps adults manage daily routines, reduce isolation, and stay well at home. Calm carers who listen first, move at your pace, and work alongside your GP and mental health team.

About This Service

Mental health challenges can make ordinary things feel overwhelming. Getting dressed. Opening the post. Leaving the house. Eating a proper meal. Our carers provide gentle, non-clinical support in Cambridge homes, helping with routines, appointments, and daily living so people feel steady, less isolated, and more in control. We listen before we suggest. We move at your pace. And we work alongside your GP, community mental health team, and family, so the support at home joins up with the clinical care, rather than sitting apart from it.

An Honest Note

We are a companion, not a clinician.

Our mental health support is practical care and companionship, not treatment. We do not replace clinical mental health services. We work alongside the GP and the community mental health team, and we will always signpost you to the right professional when something is outside our remit. That honesty is part of the care.

If you or someone you love is in crisis, please contact the NHS on 111, or in an emergency, 999.

My brother has struggled for years. What Linden gave him was routine, without ever pushing. A cup of tea, a walk, a quiet chat. Six months on, he answers the phone again. That is huge.

Young Adult and Elderly Care

Care is not one size fits all. A young adult managing a physical disability needs something very different to an older person adjusting after a fall. The goals are different. The daily rhythms are different. The things that matter are different. Our Cambridge care plans are built around the individual, not a template, whether that means supporting a 24 year old to stay in work, or a 90 year old to stay in the home they have loved for forty years.

Practical Care and Nutrition

Nutrition, hydration, and daily rhythm are some of the most underrated parts of staying well at home. When meals are skipped, drinks are forgotten, or routines drift, everything else suffers. Sleep, mood, mobility, memory. All of it. Our Cambridge carers help plan and prepare meals the way your loved one likes them, keep the fridge sensibly stocked, and make sure hydration does not slip. We focus on nutrition that suits health conditions, cultural preferences, and personal taste. Real food, cooked the way you would cook it at home.

Domestic Support

When daily life becomes harder, the small things slip first. The washing piles up. The post goes unopened. The bathroom does not feel quite right anymore. And with every small thing that slips, the home starts to feel heavier instead of comforting. Our domestic support service in Cambridge handles the everyday housekeeping so your loved one can focus on what they enjoy. From laundry to light cleaning and shopping, we fit around your routine and your standards. Same carer. Same respect for your home. Quiet, careful, unhurried.
